MyMinding™ Method
Emotions. Resilience. Confidence. Life Skills. A Personal Development Programme for Children and Teens.
Children and teens today face pressures unlike those experienced by previous generations, including academic stress, social media influence, and emotional challenges that can affect their self-esteem, identity, and overall wellbeing. The MyMinding™ Method
equips children and teens with practical, coaching-focused tools to help them understand themselves,
manage challenges, build resilience, and thrive both personally and academically.

Our Mission
To nurture the development of resilient, self-aware, and confident children through personal development programmes that extend beyond academic learning. These programmes focus on building emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and positive social skills.
All the programmes are future-focused, practical, and entirely non-clinical - designed for everyday growth, not therapy.

Our Approach
AFF has developed four age-specific modules designed to grow with your child:
"Happy Minds" (5–7), "Brave Minds" (7–10), "Strong Minds" (10–13) and "Resilient Minds" (13–16).
All current AFF programmes are delivered through a variety of coaching options, workshops, short-sessions and projects tailored to support each child’s individual needs.

For the Schools

We work alongside primary and secondary schools to support not only students, but also the adults who guide them every day. Through the MyMinding™ Method, teachers and school staff develop practical mindset and emotional literacy skills that can positively influence the wider school environment.

Because educators’ emotional literacy matters too.
For the Parents
Children thrive when the adults around them feel empowered, informed, and supported. To strengthen the impact of the MyMinding™ Method, we also offer workshops for teachers and parents, providing practical mindset tools in a non-therapeutic, coaching-focused way
Our aim is to help you understand your child’s mindset world, respond confidently to challenges, and build a strong, healthy relationship at home
